CAMI

An internal platform of The Nabo Group and EJF affiliated companies

Privacy Policy

Effective July 22, 2026 · Applies to authorized internal users only

Who we are

CAMI is an internal business operations platform operated by The Nabo Group for authorized personnel of The Nabo Group, EJF, and their affiliated companies. It is not a consumer service: there is no public sign-up, and access is provisioned and removed by company administrators.

Information we collect

  • Workplace identity. When you sign in with your company Microsoft account (Microsoft Entra ID), we receive your name, work email address, and organizational identifiers.
  • Work content. Items you and your teammates create in the course of work: to-dos, rocks, issues, headlines, meeting agendas and summaries, scorecard entries, comments, and file attachments.
  • Usage and log data. Sign-in events, timestamps, and activity history used for auditing, troubleshooting, and meeting records.

How we use it

Data is used solely to operate the platform: running team workflows, generating meeting histories and summaries, sending workplace notifications (in-app and by email), enforcing role-based access, and supporting users. We do not sell personal information, serve advertising, or share data for marketing purposes.

Where data lives and how it is protected

CAMI runs on Microsoft Azure. Data is encrypted in transit, stored in Azure-managed databases and storage, and protected by role-based access controls. Notification emails are sent through Azure Communication Services. Access to production systems is limited to authorized technical staff.

Sharing

Information is shared only within The Nabo Group, EJF, and their affiliated companies as needed for business operations; with service providers acting on our behalf (such as Microsoft Azure); or where required by law. No third party receives your data for its own purposes.

Retention

Work content and account records are retained while they serve a business need and in line with company record-keeping policies. When your role ends, your account is deactivated; items you created remain part of company records with ownership reassigned as needed.

Your choices

To review, correct, or ask about deletion of your information, contact your administrator or IT support at it@thenabogroup.com. Requests are handled in line with company policy and applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes are announced in-app or by email, and the effective date above is updated accordingly.
